Frances Terwilliger is a seasoned leader and creative strategist with a background rooted in military precision and high-level operational management. As the COO of BMA Productions, she oversees the company’s ambitious three-year film slate, including the upcoming feature Machiavelli, where she also serves as Assistant Director.

A U.S. Army veteran and former Intelligence Analyst with the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, Frances brings a unique "boots-on-the-ground" grit to the film industry. Her transition from managing multi-store operations to on-set leadership and acting—with credits in Solstice and Ms. Fenton—reflects a versatile talent for driving complex projects from concept to screen. Now based in Ohio, Frances leverages her global perspective and disciplined expertise to push the boundaries of independent storytelling.
